1.5 Sky247 reserves the right to refuse personal accounts, accept bets, and/or limit the number of bets without any obligation to provide a reason.
2.1 Sky247 does not assume liability for transmitted errors in betting data and results. No claim for damages can in any instance be made because of the incorrect, delayed, manipulated, or abusive transfer of data on the internet or because of any other third-party bug (ex. technical
issue, connection problem, etc.).
2.2 Sky247 does not assume liability for the accuracy of the scores, live streams, statistics, orother information/data shown on the website. It is the customer's duty to verify the status and information of any event before placing a bet.
3.1 Sky247 has, at its absolute discretion, the right to correct any palpable errors and to take the necessary steps to provide a fair service for its customers. A palpable error could be any incorrect information published regarding an event. For example, incorrect/reversed odds, wrong team/player/tournament, incorrect event starting time, etc.
3.2 In these cases, Sky247 reserves the right to correct obvious errors and to declare affected bets void (rated at a price of 1.00) even after the completion and settlement of the event itself. It is the customers’ responsibility and duty to ensure bets are placed correctly.
3.3 Sky247 reserves the right, at its own discretion, to declare a bet void (rated at a price of 1.00), totally or partially, if the result of the event is already known.
3.4 Sky247 reserves the right, at its own discretion, to declare a bet void (rated at a price of 1.00) if placed at an incorrect price due to delayed “Live” coverage or feed, and the customer has gained a significant advantage of this.
3.5 Sky247 also reserves the right to suspend an event at any time for any reason.
3.6 Late bets are not tolerated. The same will be voided (rated at a price of 1.00) and the stake returned.
3.7 It is the responsibility of each client to immediately report the amount mistakenly credited to his/her account. All winnings occurring because of such an error will be forfeited.
4.1 The minimum amount per bet is NGN 100 on Sportsbook.
4.2 The maximum bet amount will depend on the sport, event, and market you are trying to bet on.
4.3 The maximum pay-out is NGN 40,000,000.
5.1 Cash Out is a real time bet settlement feature that put you in control of your bet. At any time, you will be able to take out your winnings or cut off your losses prior to the event's end.
5.2 The current Cash Out available will be displayed in the respective section of the bet slip and on the game history.
5.3 Cash Out is valid on single and multiple bets and is offered in full or partial options:
a. Partial Cash Out allows you to take a proportion of your Cash Out offering while leaving the
remainder of your stake to be settled upon the final score.
5.4 By pressing the Cash Out button against an eligible unsettled bet in the “Cash Out” section of the bet slip, the system will request a confirmation before processing the settlement of your bet at the Cash Out amount displayed. After confirmation, the Cash Out cannot be reversed.
5.5 Sky247 reserves the right to decline the Cash Out settlement in the following circumstances:
a. If the Cash Out amount has been incorrectly displayed.
b. If the Cash Out amount represents a palpable error in the market.
c. If Sky247 has any reason to believe that Cash Out has been carried out after the outcome of the relevant event was known.
5.6 Sky247 does not always guarantee the availability of Cash Out functionality, even when the functionality has been advertised for that event/market.
5.7 Sky247 will not be held responsible for any technical issues related to Cash Out and its functionality. In such circumstances, all bets will stand and wait for normal settlement.
5.8 Once processed, all Cash Out details will be shown in the ‘My Bets’ section.
6.1 If nothing else is specifically stated in the rules and regulations of this document, the decision of the official governing body relating to the event/league/tournament shall determine the result. If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, Sky247 reserves the right to delay the settlement until official confirmation.
6.2 In the case of incorrect settlement of markets, Sky247 reserves the right to correct them at any time.
6.3 If markets were offered when the outcome was already known, we reserve the right to void any bets.
6.4 If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48 hours after the initial kick-off date, betting will be void.
6.5 Markets that have already decided prior event suspension will be valid. All the rest will be voided (rated at an odd of 1.00) according to each Sport specific rule.
6.6 If coverage must be abandoned and the match finishes regularly, all markets will be settled according to the final result. If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to void it. 6.7 If a match is not completed or played (e.g., through disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, changes in draws, etc.), all undecided markets are considered void.
6.8 If a match does not adhere to the generally accepted format (e.g., unusual period length, counting procedure, format of a match, etc.), we reserve the right to void any market.
6.9 If the rules or format of a match differ from our accepted norm, we reserve the right to void any market.
6.10 In the case of any obviously incorrectly displayed or calculated prices, we reserve the right to void betting. This includes a deviation of more than 100% in the pay-out compared to the market average.
6.11 Single bets voided for any reason will generate a refund of the stake to clients’ gaming wallets.
6.12 Multiple bets and split bets having one or more selections voided will stand until the complete settlement of the remaining selections according to the result(s) of the event(s). The odds are re-calculated for the remaining selections.
6.13 If all selections of the same multiple (accumulator) bet are voided, then the stake will be refunded to customers’ gaming wallets.
6.14 In the event of a change in venue from the former home team to the away team or vice versa, all bets are deemed void. If the event is played on a neutral field, this rule does not apply.
6.15 Cancelled bets will generate a refund of the stake to customers’ gaming wallets.
6.16 In any circumstance, Sky247 does not accept requests to void bets for any reason. A bet that has been placed and accepted cannot be cancelled by you.
6.17 If you do not agree with the settlement of a bet, you can raise a dispute within the next 7 days following the bet settlement.
6.18 All markets, if not clearly stated otherwise, relate only to the regular time of the event, including injury time. Overtime or any extra and/or additional part of the match will not count.
7.1.1 All markets (except halftime, first half markets, overtime, and penalty shoot-out) are considered for regular time only unless otherwise stated.
7.1.2 If a match is interrupted and continued within 48 hours after the initial kickoff, all open bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise, all undecided bets are considered void.
7.1.3 Regular 90 Minutes: Markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal.
7.1.4 If the market remains open when the following events have already taken place: goals, red or yellow-red cards, and penalties, we reserve the right to void betting.
7.1.5 If the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, we reserve the right to void
7.1.6 If odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 5 minutes), we reserve the right to void betting.
7.1.7 If a wrong score is entered, all markets will be cancelled for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.
7.1.8 If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48 hours after the initial kick-off date, betting will be void.
7.1.9 If the team names or categories are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void the bet.
7.1.10 In case of any score or card/corner/penalty-related changes, we reserve the right to void betting on any video assistant referee (VAR) situation. Booking markets
7.1.11 A yellow card counts as 1 card, and a red or yellow-red card counts as 2. The second yellow for one player, which leads to a yellow-red card is not considered. As a consequence, one player cannot cause more than 3 cards.
7.1.12 Settlement will be made according to all available evidence of cards shown during the regular 90 minutes play.
7.1.13 Cards shown after the match are not considered.
7.1.14 Cards for non-players (already substituted players, managers, and players on the bench) are not considered.
7.1.15 A yellow card counts as 10 points, and red or yellow red cards as 25. The second yellow for one player, which leads to a yellow-red card is not considered. As a consequence, one player cannot cause more than 35 booking points.
7.1.17 Settlement will be made according to all available evidence for cards shown during the regular 90 minutes play.
7.1.18 Cards shown after the match are not considered.
7.1.19 Cards for non-players (already substituted players, managers, players on bench )are not considered
7.1.20 Corners awarded but not taken are not considered.
Anytime Goalscorer and Player to score X or more
7.1.21 Own goals will not be considered for Anytime Goalscorer or Player to score X or more settlement purposes and are ignored.
7.1.22 All players who took part in the match since kickoff or the previous goal are considered runners.
7.1.23 All players who are currently taking part are listed.
7.1.24 If, for any reason, an unlisted player scores a goal, all bets on listed players stand.
7.1.25 The market will be settled based on the TV insert and statistics provided by PressAssociation unless there is clear evidence that these statistics are not correct.
7.1.26 Own goals will not be considered for Next Goalscorer settlement purposes and are ignored.
7.1.27 All players who took part in the match since kick off or previous goal are considered as runners.
7.1.28 All players who are currently taking part are listed.
7.1.29 If for any reason an unlisted player scores a goal all bets on listed players stand
7.1.30 The market will be settled based on the TV insert and statistics provided by Press Association unless there is clear evidence that these statistics are not correct.
7.1.31 Markets will be settled based on the goal time announced by TV. If this is not available, the time according to the match clock is considered.
7.1.32 Goal markets are settled based on the time the ball crosses the line, and not the time the kick is made.
7.1.33 Corner interval markets are settled based on the time the corner kick is taken and not the time the corner is conceded or awarded.
7.1.34 Booking interval markets are settled based on the time the card is shown and not the time the infringement is made.
7.1.35 Offsides will be settled based on the time when the referee gives the decision.
7.1.36 This rule will be applied to any video assistant referee (VAR) situation.

7.1.40 Freekick: The goal has to be scored directly from the freekick or corner to qualify as a goal by freekick. Deflected shots count as long as the freekick or corner taker is awarded the goal.
7.1.41 Penalty: The goal must be scored directly from the penalty. Goals after a rebound of a missed penalty do not count.
7.1.42 Own Goal: If a goal is declared as an own goal.
7.1.43 Header: The scorers last touch has to be with the head.
7.1.44 Shot: Goal has to be with any other part of the body than the head and the other types do not apply.
7.1.45 No Goal.
7.1.46 Winning Method: In the case of multiple legs, all matches are considered for this market.
7.1.47 Who will advance to the next round: In the case of multiple legs, all matches are considered for this market.

7.1.51 Next goalscorer: Own goals are considered for settlement purposes as a dedicated outcome is provided. Players who are not listed, as well as goalkeepers and players on the bench, are reflected within the outcome ‘other’, which will be used for settlement purposes accordingly.
7.1.52 Next goalscorer and 1x2 * Any player who doesn’t score will be settled as “other”.
7.1.53 Anytime goalscorer and 1x2 * Any player who doesn’t score will be settled as “other”.
7.1.54 Next goalscorer and correct score * Any player who doesn’t score will be settled as “other”, as well as if any team scores more than 4 goals.
7.1.55 Anytime goalscorer and correct score * Any player who doesn’t score will be settled as “other”, as well as if any team scores more than 4 goals.
7.1.56 When will the next goal be scored? If a goal is scored in added injury or stoppage time, it will be accounted for outcomes Min 31-45/Min 76-90.
7.2.1 In case of a default, retirement, or walkover by any player, all undecided bets are considered void.
7.2.2 In case of any delay (rain, darkness, etc.), all markets remain unsettled, and the trading will be continued as soon as the match continues.
7.2.3 If penalty point(s) are awarded by the umpire, all bets on that game will stand.
7.2.4 In case a match is finished before certain points/games are finished, all affected point/game related markets are considered void.

7.4.10 If a wrong score is displayed, we reserve the right to void betting for this timeframe.
7.4.11 In the case of abandoned or postponed matches, all markets are considered void unless the match continues on the same NFL weekly schedule (Thursday - Wednesday local stadium time).
7.4.12 If the teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void the bet.

7.5.14 Power-play: A goal is considered to be a power-play goal if the team with numerical advantage scores.

7.6.10 If a hit and an error occur within the same play, a hit will be considered for settlement purposes.
7.6.11 If a player does not show up at the plate again but related player markets have been offered, undecided markets are considered void.

7.10.1 Unless otherwise stated in the market rules, the result at the time of the podium presentation is considered valid for settlement purposes.
7.10.2 Events that are shortened due to weather conditions or other circumstances, but are deemed official by the governing association, will be settled accordingly as long as full points are awarded.
7.10.3 If a race is postponed to another day (to be determined within the UTC time zone), all markets are considered void.
7.10.4 Unless otherwise stated in the market rules, the dead heat rule will be applied if the number of winners exceeds the expected amount of winning selections for a specific market.
7.10.5 If one or more drivers have to start the race from the pit-lane, he/they will be ranked at the end of the starting grid for settlement purposes.

7.10.19 Overtakings during the first lap are not considered for settlement purposes.
7.10.20 Overtakings of a specific driver in the same lap when he enters or exits the pit are not considered for settlement purposes.
7.10.21 Overtakings of a car in the lap of its retirement are not considered for settlement purposes.
7.10.22 Lapping and unlapping is not considered as overtaking
7.10.23 A car is considered as retired for settlement purposes if it doesn’t pass the finish line when the session is considered as completed, unless the driver is disqualified.
7.10.24 If more than 1 competitor retires in the same lap where the first retirement happened, the dead heat rule will be applied.
7.10.25 If a car retires in the pit or pit lane, the last started lap is considered for settlement purposes.
7.10.26 The car which enters the pit-lane first will be considered as winner of this market.
7.10.27 If a car enters the pit lane and retires it will still be considered as a pit stop for settlement purposes.
7.10.28 A driver is only considered as a finisher for settlement purpose if he passes the finish line when the session is considered as ended
7.11.1 Unless otherwise stated in the market rules, the result at the time of the podium presentation is considered valid for settlement purposes.
7.11.2 Events that are shortened due to weather conditions or other circumstances, but are deemed official by the governing association, will be settled accordingly as long as full points are awarded.
7.11.3 If a race is postponed to another day (to be determined within the UTC time zone), all markets are considered void.
7.11.4 If competitors (which are reflected as dedicated selections) retire in different laps, the number of finished laps is considered for settlement purposes.
7.11.5 If all competitors (which are reflected as dedicated selections) retire in the same lap, the market will be voided.
7.11.6 Markets will be considered void if one of the drivers retires in or before the formation lap.
