3. How do I change my pin?

Click on the top right hand corner where you see your phone number and in the menu choose “change PIN”. Here you just need to insert the current PIN and the new PIN you wish to use.

5. Can I change my username?

We are sorry but it is not possible to change your username. 

6. How can I edit my profile data?

Multiple accounts are not allowed.

BETS

1. How do I place a sports bet?

To place a bet choose a sport, competition, event and market from the menus, click on the odds from your selection and insert the stake you wish to bet, then place click “Place Bet”.

Note that you can place single and multiple bets. 

2. What is the minimum and maximum stake? 

The minimum stake is NGN 100 and there is no maximum stake but a maximum payout of NGN 40,000,000.

3. What is a split bet?

Split bets are a type of sports betting technique where you divide your stake between multiple outcomes to improve your chances of winning and/or minimize losses. It is important to note that the potential winnings will be lower compared to a multiple bet.

Example:

Let’s say you are interested in Team A to win against Team B, and Team C to win against Team D. But you are uncertain whether the team A can win or draw the game. 

So here you can select the split bet option. If your stake is 100 NGN, the system will bet on Team A to win + Team C to win - 50 NGN, and the remain 50 NGN on Draw + team C to win.

Your stake will thus be divided which will result in lower winnings but will increase your chances of winning.

4. Where can I find my bet history?

Once you place a bet you can click again betslip and then “My Bets”. Here you will be able to see your open bets and your bet history. 

5. Can I cancel a bet?

No, it is not possible to cancel a bet.

6. How long does it take for my bet to be settled?

There is no set period of time for settling a bet. When the market closes, it may take a few minutes to confirm the official result and consequently settle the bet
